Keith 'Lizard' Crappell
Keith “Lizard” Crappell was born and raised in South Louisiana. Everyone who knows him says that he sang before he could talk. He started playing guitar at the age of 13 and has been playing ever since. Keith has traveled across a great deal of North America while touring. From California to New Jersey, he has performed in almost every state in the U.S. and Canada, playing varying venues from rock festivals to Atlantic City casinos and everything in-between. Keith has also performed with a number of notable groups including Blackwood, James Craig and the Great South Rock Show, The Band With No Name, Z-Pike, Vince Vance and the Valiants (notably during the time when their hit “Bomb Iran” was written and recorded), Blacksheep, Jim Angelo and Tatoo, Sgt. Fury and the Valiant All-stars, Supergold, Betty Lewis, The Avengers, Roy Coyote, King Creole, and The Crappell Brothers. Keith is a cancer survivor since 2000.
